I have started mucking around with making a programatically generated iTunes style segmented control.
Please excuse the crappy placeholder icons. I’ll release it once all of the bugs have been hammered out. Credit goes to Mike Ash for creating the seriously nifty nscontrol subclass that allows simple loading of custom nscells by nscontrols archived in nibs.

Wow using Localization Suite is such an infinitely better experience than AppleGlot. Apple should deep six Glot and license or buy one of the third party utilities.
Jeepers AppleGlot must be one of the worst software products I have even been forced to use. It has the same feel as military software, ugh.
The next version of Simple Comic will use polished metal windows taken from O’Briens’s iLife Controls framework. I actually learned quite a bit about how windows are drawn by looking at the frame code. The only thing that bothered me was the drawing speed which caused window resizing to be sluggish and jerky.
