My cocoa familiarization app Simple Comic seems to be more popular than flexCard. Granted flexCard has been released during the summer months, a time when students want nothing to do with studying. All the same I think I will spend some time bringing Simple Comic up to snuff.
Can’t quite make my mind up about how the interface should look. I did not like how the last version did not have any open space at the bottom, it looked a mite crowded, so back it comes. Here is a look see. I also need to re-imlement the card number water marks [...]
All of the features that I wished to add for the 0.5 milestone have been completed. I will probably release it as 0.4.5 for a week or so and see what shakes out.
I kinda want to say that Visor is a gimmick. It is so damn cool though. Now I just need to figure out a use for it.
This is I think the first really stable release. There are still a few quirks, but nothing really annoying. Now that everything is actually working decently I can get cranking on new features. Raw text export is easy, and mostly done. Full screen mode should not take much longer.
Ok, so 0.4.3 is out. Doubtless it still has bugs, but I believe that I pounded most of them out of the updated interface.
So I gutted flexCard’s side viewer and started pretty much from scratch. The new view will be a little less pretty for a while, but is much more functional. It is in effect a horizontal table view now. Drag and drop works as well.
